They changed me for a membership I did not authorize after my last one expired upon purchasing the original membership they told me memberships are cancelable at anytime nor do they reoccur automatically which both turned out to be lies then when I demanded my money back and told them they're creating problems they banned me from the store saying I was threatening but failed to provide to me what the threat was. Resolution Sought The business and their headquarters have made it clear that they are going to do nothing about it so I want my money back somehow.

Hello, We can confirm via camera that you purchased your membership in the store and at the register, you did agree to our terms and conditions which do share that our memberships are recurring monthly. This information is also posted on the television in store and in different areas on our counters. I apologize if you missed the emails that were sent to confirm your monthly recurring membership. Those were sent to you on 12/28/2023 at 2:42pm through Order # 2049977. You were denied service because you stated via phone "I'll be in the store to show them what a problem actually is". We don't condone violence. Unfortunately, you used your membership so it cannot be refunded. Please also look over our terms and conditions for that information as well.
