From day one November the 18th I asked these people to change my date on my loan because I get paid on the 1st of every month I'm on social security fixed income I can only pay on the 1st of every month they refuse to change the date because they steady charging me late fees because they know that I have told them from day one that I get paid on the 1st and they said they was going to change it and they never have but they steady charging me lately Resolution Sought No late fee I did tell wrap it all alone I was on a fixed income I shouldn't have to pay your late fee

On 8/8/22, I made a payment of $152. I only have one payment left until the loan is paid in full. On 8/9/22, I called the company to check on the payment & was told I still owe for August. I cannot get a straight answer from the company and I am always told that it will be handled by a supervisor. I'm not paying a double payment or any other fees that they manage to make up. I just want the account updated or canceled. Resolution Sought Update the account correctly or cancel the final payment and mark the account paid in full.
