Poor customer service!
Called on wed. Dec. 9, 2020 to make appt. for RV inspection,, spoke to a woman on the phone made appt for following Sat 12/12/20 for 8AM.. so up on time, business is not open, wait for another 20 min., went to back door and knock and I'm confronted by a nasty owner named Lance, dealt with him in July, who began by yelling at me he doesn't do inspections, begin to explain I had spoken to some one and he gets louder and nastier, and lies saying he doesn't give appt's and has no woman answering the phone.. All in neighborhood know he has a bad attitude but this was beyond. Give respect to customers or should be closed who would trust this person with their car I wont and will spread the word.
