I was locked out of my home. Contacted Rapid Services Locksmith (May also do business as Woodbury Locksmith). They came to my home, provided a service as required. I have no issue with service provided. My complaint is the amount they charged($350.). This is excessive. In contacting competitors, I learned that under those circumstances, the most I should have been charged was a maximum of $200. I was not provided a quote prior to provision of service. I have contacted the business. So far they have not responded to me. Clearly I was taken advantage of, certainly considering the circumstances. Resolution Sought Adjust amount charged to $200.

Dear Frank, You contacted us on Thursday December 29th. Our customer service department is closed on Friday's and Saturdays. Sunday was a holiday and you were responded to first thing Monday morning of January 2nd, 2023. Respectfully, we do not base our pricing on competitors pricing. In our reach out we were asking if the price was provided prior to the actual services taking place once the tech was on-site? Per our policy all pricing must be disclosed before the job is completed. We are looking to assist you in this matter and get your issues resolved as soon as possible.
