I purchased a car stereo unit from this merchant, I did not receive my order. I placed my order by using Klarna, which is a third party payment source. I've had some communication with the vendor with with no luck at this point I'm searching for a refund. I've contacted the shipping Carrier which is DHL they explain to me that the vendor changed the shipping address the package was sent to North Carolina my home address in billing address is North 6th Street Milwaukee Wisconsin 53212.. If someone can please help me with this matter I would greatly appreciated I've been dealing with this since September thank you and please respond Resolution Sought I will like a full refund of the item purchased.

Refund Oct. 27th 12:40pm ref #10084. If it is still nit showing please refer to card issuer who may be able to assist him. We have told him this ad well he has been given a screenshot of the system showing the payment processor pushed a refund

As of December 1st 2022 I have yet to receive any refund from this company Raptor Tech audio systems. Through communication via text with the merchant Raptor Tech I asked for them to provide me With the last 4 digits of the card used For this purchase To confirm that if any refund was submitted it was sent to the correct card. Again I used Klarna as a payment source with a One Time Card created through their app. Myself and Klarna have this card on file. If Raptor Tech cand provide me with this information I will forward it to Klarna Resolution team and hopefully get this matter resolved. Thank you and please respond

As we have mentioned before to you at this point we cannot see your credit card info not even the last 4 because it is an internet based payment processing. Again we have given you the ref number as well as a screenshot of the refund screen showing completion upon our part. I have to ask why are you simply not contacting your card provider? We have done our part so that means something else is wrong. We will be more than happy to confirm yes we did issue a refund, that would help move this along. Running to every organization filing a report is not going to hasten the issue. Please call your card provider even if to file a dispute so thos can be resolved. Thank you.
