I purchased a Neon, Cheetah earrings from the merchant. I received the earrings and wasn't satisfied. I emailed the merchant about the earrings and returned the earrings via USPS with the receipt. I emailed, texted and messaged the merchant ,that I returned the earrings and requested a refund back to my credit card. Resolution Sought I am seeking a refund back to my credit card.
