Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My career as an instructor in higher education has been damaged by the unfavorable and slanderous remarks of students at St. Philip's College in San Antonio, Texas. St. Philip's College is a community college campus in San Antonio as is a member serving campus of the Alamo Colleges District. I retired from the Department of English/Communications in December, 2015 in good standing after being with the Department dating back to 1989. Since that time I have worked part/time for the San Antonio Independent School District, but when COVID introduced itself I stopped working. In that time, I have sought employment in the area to no avail, until I realized I have been black balled, My lifeline is teaching and I education, but I have been robbed of any chance to redeem myself. I have contacted Rate My Professor on several occasions with no resolve. All I get is a computer generated response saying they will get back with me. The phone number provided (212)654-7763 is a non working number. Resolution Sought Please reach out to me to have my name and profile removed from your website.
