My experience with this complex is the in professionalism, coming from the property manager. And the way that the property is not being maintained.

My experience with this complex is the in professionalism, coming from the property manager. And the way that the property is not being maintained. Inside of the buildings there is mold, bats, and roaches. Outside of the one building there is two boxes that are opened with wires hanging out of it. The property manager(Denise Royal) she flips out on tenants as well as gossips about them. She has been illegal evicting tenants and having the police called in on falls reports as well. I've tried going to the courts to fill complaints against her and the tenants that have been slandering me personally. But nothing has been getting done cause there not wanting to do anything. I want her to be fined in prisoned, she needs to be penalized some way. I would never refer yet alone suggest that anyone to ever move yet to consider moving in to Ravenwood Apartments complex in East Westwood.
