I was told by the sales representative that 149.00 would be credited to bill if they did the repair which they did and it was not deducted, it was added. They belittled me an they were talking down to me like if I was stupid and acted like I had no clue what they were saying and even the manager raised his voice, very unprofessional. Resolution Sought Refund me the amount
