A estimate agreement / work performed for a basement was terminated by the contractor due to assumptions that are baseless by the contractor. Contractor performed minor work with nothing complete and substantial damage of concrete floor that was never completed. I received the run around for work that was to be performed for over a month before the contractor decided to terminate the contract/agreement. I had already sent monies for deposit of work. Due to the timing and damages I asked for a refund. Work had already stopped after the damage. I also asked for a response and receipt of what said contractor wanted to say was done. I haven't received a refund or receipts of work that was performed and what said contractor would take out of the total refund. Resolution Sought To provide a refund and receipts of work performed and tallied up.

The claims by said contractor contradicts the minimal dialog we've had. When I asked where is the refund, he did answer the question and refused to answer or respond to anything else after I stated that I'd pursue legal advice and action against said contractor. He wouldn't provide receipt or record of any monies/ refunds sent to me. I've verified on my end that no monies were received or refunded to me. I am providing messages and pictures to show said contractor is using his own words against himself, trying to claim he's the victim, when he's the one who terminated the contract based off of his own assumptions from our dialouge. I'm providing pictures and messages starting from November until now As you can see the messages said contractor response clearly isn't true. Also the pictures are accurate and show exactly what's there and what was done. Absolutely nothing but a busted up basement floor that left plumbing exposed. As you can see the wrong plumbing materials are in the same place they were left. Also the Walls were not properly done at all.
