I called Rays services to do a locksmith job. Ray did not complete the job and deprogrammed my system. I had to call another locksmith and they explained to me that what was done previously completely locked out my system. When I called Ray to come back and fix repair he blamed it on mechanical issues with the car. I never had issues with my car just a lost key. He promised to returned to fix and never showed up. Then said that he will not take the blame for what happened and I needed to repair the issue on my own. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for the out of pocket expenses that I had to pay in regards to the issue
