Ray's towing service a tolls for the townhouses that we live for we've had communication with them stating which vehicles are ours they acknowledge that we are residents there then they told our vehicle and would not release it without $350 payment not giving any warnings with stickers or anything like that they just have one sign posted at the beginning of a residence this service has done this to several residents of this apartment complex the parking pass situation has had problems due to the offices being closed for colvin Resolution Sought To no longer have the tow company be the tow company for our residents and to get our money back for improper service usage

Company's letter states: The car was towed because of flat tire, not moving for several months, no permit, management request. Customer told me the timing chain was broken. It was towed back to his apartment by other tow company. State of Illinois price for illegally parked car is 218.50 and three days of storage 450 each day one day off 135___353.50. The car is being used for storage of miscellaneous tools. Customer also said tome "tow my car again and see what happens" which is threat. I have a video with voice of customer calling employee "Fat a** white boy, I called the will County Sheriff because of attitude so there would be no conflict physically. His car is now sitting with flat tire, not moving in more than 10 days. But he has permit. He will be towed flat tire not moving. Neighbors of his and Management Company notice it never moved. He will get towed gain.
