I hired Cardale Bates to do hardwood floors at my house 03-12-2022. He was suppose to start 03-17-22. He came and started tearing out the old hard wood. He was suppose to be done with my floors by 03-16-2022. He did not come back to my house. I talked to him and we agreed for him to give me 1300.00 of my money back. I have not heard from him since. Resolution Sought Pay me all of my money back because he never finished the job.
