Per the tenants lease section 27 Appliances: Appliances are no considered part of the premises and therefore are the responsibility of the Lessee to supply and maintain. Appliances include but are not limited to the following items: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Range, Microwave, Washer, Dryer, Air conditioning (central or window), Garage door opener, ect. I the event that the unit is furnished with appliances by the Lessor, the maintenance of those appliances shall still be the responsibility of the Lessee. The Lessor will retain ownership of the appliances and reserves the right to remove them at any time. If the Lessee causes damage to said appliances through mistreatment, misuse, neglect, or any other means, the Lessee will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the same. Once fees as a result of damage to appliances have been incurred, they will be considered as rent for the month in which they were incurred and treated accordingly.
