I ordered a new shower and floor from Re-Bath the first week in September. The contract was rewritten the end of September on the 29th when I made the deposit of $5,910. The salesman told me the first of September when I met with him it would be 6 to 8 weeks. Here it is 21 weeks later and they still do not have my shower. They have not called me one time during this period to let me know there was a delay or to let me know it was on back order. Every time I call to speak with Hope at the office I get a different answer about what's taking so long. The installer come out today on January 27th and had a different color base for the shower then what I ordered. I thought it would be okay but it's darker than what I was told it would be. At this point I would just like a refund but I was told by Hope that is states in the contract I signed then they do not reimburse for delays in shipments. I can understand if it's a week or two late but 13 weeks late is a bit much. Resolution Sought Issue me a refund
