2 years ago Redeck did our pool deck. The day they finished we called immediately and told them it looked terrible. They came out and agreed it was the worst job they have ever done and they would redo it end of season 2020. Never got done. Then beginning season 2021. Again never got done. End of season 2021 they said they called but never left any message. Beginning season 2022 again never got done. We wanted to pick different product since ours didn't look anything like picture and it was so slippery. They did send us a couple places but they looked terrible also. We sent them pictures of places on their facebook page that we wanted to see in person but that never happened. After giving them a list of things that we wanted this time they decided to give us our down payment back. That was June 16th. 2 years after they destroyed our deck. Still haven't seen the money even after we were told the check was cut. Got a lawyer. Lawyer sent letter and still nothing. Another contractor gave us an estimate of $22,000 to remove and fix deck. So now instead of less then $10,000 it is doubled plus Redeck still has our $5000. We took them by their word that they would give our money back. Maybe they would just like to pay the $22,000?? Resolution Sought Give us the check that was cut for $5,000 at the least
