I filed a dispute with readycard about 10 days ago no one yet has reached out to me about my dispute I called several times trying to explain to them that the money has been already credited back to my account but he explain the credit will have to be approved by the dispute team I then hang-up the phone and call right back and my card was cancelled I then ask for a statement to be mailed out to me I received it through an email it clearly states on the statement that the money was credited back to my account on the 19th of March also the terms and condition on the bottom of the statement said after three business day a decision will be if the investigation decides go on longer than 45 days I will be confiscated the amount they found in the error but according to the representer at readycard the investigation is still going on and it will take 90 days to complete the full investigation and get a refund approved also is stated on the statements that only foreign transaction that was made outside the country would take up to 90 days I explained all of this to the readycard Services he told me he not aware of these terms and conditions that the only notes he see on the account is that the refund it's still pending by the dispute team. Resolution Sought I would like the business to immediately refund my money back to my account and send me a new card or transfer the funds to one of my other credit cards I have with readycard services.

A voicemail was left with Charlene on 3/29 around 1:55pm central. There is a charge made with Spirit airlines on 2/28/2022. Call was placed to dispute the charge on 3/10/2022 Paperwork completed and case assigned 126074 on 3/11/2022 Funds are held on pre-paid card until dispute is completed with the merchant. Depending the investigation with the merchant, this process can take up to 90 days. One question. Did Charlene contact the merchant?
