Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I called on 9/6/2021 because my generator didn't come on. I called and canceled the call. They sent me a bill for 150.00 for a service call that they claim the serviceman came out 9/16/21. That I canceled. The house is under construction due to 2 hurricanes. My house has no phone connected to it. They did not call my cell phone. Yet 7/27/21 I received an email for work done on that day. 9/16/21 there was no invoice sent nor did I need them 2 weeks later. I had another company do the work I needed done. Resolution Sought Make the charges disappear
