I ordered a used transmission early February. I was told at least three times over the phone the transmission was in good working order and would work on the 2002 Dodge Dakota. All details confirmed.. to fit a 3.9L V6 with automatic and OD. I then ordered the transmission, received it within 2 weeks. I had the vehicle towed to a repair facility, with the transmission. The technician said it was the wrong transmission. The one sent was for a V8 engine. I notified the company, then they accused me of ordering the wrong one. I had proof.. showed them. They said they would get another and ship it ASAP. They found one a week or so later, sent pics to confirm it was correct. Day or so later they said they found metal in the pan, so... not sent. Week later they found another. They insisted I pay for shipping.. I refused. They then said they would refund my money and cancel the contract. They cancelled it, but after 2 weeks no refund, no response to my emails. The BBB was notified. Resolution Sought Refund the money I paid... $675.

Lookup part's I needed this place ask me to give Vin # year all that was needed to get the right part sent a picture of item i told them it's the wrong part told them to cancel. They told me there going to charge me a restocking fee I told them there kiding for showing me a picture I'll file a complaint with BBB totally wrong Resolution Sought Let them know they can't charge someone a restocking fee for showing picture fine them for this way of businesses
