I paid cash for services, they never scheduled 3rd visit, 2 months went by no response from them. I had a family emergency and reached out after and requested my money back. They did not answer. I sent a second request and they told me no. Resolution Sought I would like all of my remaining balance to be returned.

UPDATED 5/19/22: This client is not giving the entire story. First we have a No Refund Policy which this client is aware of because when she cancelled or rescheduled her appointment she gets an email and text explaining the policy.Also, this client contacted me Easter Sunday at 5:19am Demanding I send her a Cashapp or Zelle refund. I dont use either of these for business and would not send this to a customer. I informed this client of our policy and she said she would contact a lawyer, so at that point there's no further contact until we either get contacted by her lawyer or appear in court. She was in contact and good friends with my wife who also works at the Spa and that's who her primary contact was until she stopped coming to the Spa for several months. All.of a sudden she contact me on my personal phone demanding a Cashapp or Zelle refund which we do not do under any circumstance. This consumer is making really egregious claims on other platforms and not telling the facts. I have screen shot all her text and save all our records as well. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company states; I have several cancellations from this client and messages she communicated with my wife (that also works at the Spa) with Ms Bailey. The information she has provided to you is misleading and inaccurate.In addition, I have responded to Yelp, BBB, Facebook, Google and any others. Please call me if you require additional information and proof of all the facts versus the misleading statement Ms Bailey furnished to you.
