Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I completed the course with having to take the final exam. I recently found out I had Covid and needed to either reschedule or take the test at home. I understand they give you a deadline but I shouldn't have to pay for another course due to an emergency. Real estate U give no options but to pay for the course again which isn't acceptable when you've already completed 13 months: it should be better options set in place for their customers. The representatives I spoke to were very insensitive and gave me nothing!!! If I have to start over I rather go somewhere else where they have better options and resources. Resolution Sought Issue a refund or give me the course without charging me again.

I took the 75-hour North Carolina Real Estate course through real estateu. The whole course set me up for failure, there were countless amounts of typos and questions with answers that weren't even associated with the questions. When I took my final exam there was material that wasn't even in the course on the test. I passed all my study tests (which they said if you can pass them you will pass your final exam) I took my final exam with and had so much confidence and failed both times with both tests having questions that weren't in the material. I reached out for a refund and they said they only allow 30 days, but if you don't complete a chapter you can't move on to the next so I didn't even see any of the material that had all the typos before it was too late. They had us join a facebook group and I decided to read through it one day and countless amounts of people had the same problems as me and we all think it's a scam for money and everyone will just ultimately fail or pass with luck. Barely anybody on the facebook had good things to say about it. I asked for a refund as Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I believe it's a scam for money and they don't actually set you up to pass for your real estate final exam. I studied all throughout the summer for hours, made flashcards, quizlets, everything and still failed. On the facebook if anybody would comment a bad thing about the course the moderators would delete their posts so nobody would see it. Resolution Sought I would really just like a refund or at least some of my money back.
