I sold my home at 4475 Streamside CT, #1708 in Sarasota. The name of the HOA for this condo is Arielle on Palmer Ranch 4. Light House Management managed the HOA in March 2023. Based on my research Light House was/is a subsidiary or an affiliate of RealManage. I believe, there was a reorganization and Light House is now CircaConnect. RealManage/CircaConnect informed me in June that I had not made March and June 2023 quarterly dues for the subject property. Each payment was for $1,562.43. I had made both of the payments on time through BillPay at Bank of America. I had to pay again for these at closing. After I raised this issue, the June payment was returned back into my account. However, the disposition of my March payment is still unknown. Bank of America has sent me evidence of payment for the Match payment which was electronically deposited into Arielle Palmer Ranch 4 account. I have been communicating numerous times with HOA management team at CircaConnect/RealManage organization via telephone and e-mail at Accountsreceivable as well as Bank of America for the last nine months to resolve this problem, but I still have no idea where my payment is. Real Manage has given me a lot of contradictory answers and no proof that they do not have the money. In Addition, I have contacted the current and previous HOA CAMs and a couple of the senior management staff at RealManage, but I have received no help. BoM has been just as bad. I appreciate your help in resolving my problem. Resolution Sought I'd like my money back.
