They have applied unnecessary late fees for the months of March and April 2022. I called multiple times, left voice messages and sent emails since the beginning of March with no communication from them. Called today and spoke with a woman named Diane trying to state I haven't left any messages or emails. And all she wanted to do was argue with me and was very disrespectful. Resolution Sought Remove BOTH late fees, I will not pay them dye to my rent being paid ON TIME.

Per the tenants signed lease agreement dated 9/01/2021 it states that rent is due on the first of each month. If it’s not paid on or by the third of each month a 7 late fee will be assessed. She has paid on the 4th for the last 2 months therefore she’s recieved 2 late fees . In addition she’s been late in the past and has paid the late fees so she’s aware of her due date and late fee amount.

I paid on time. I will not pay the late fees because it didn't post until the 4th. In the past yes I had been late and would notify rpm that I would be making a late payment. They are now trying to take money from me that I need to provide for my daughter. I WILL NOT PAY THESE FEES. I PAID ON TIME.

Real Property Management is not "trying to take money" from the tenant. The fees are system generated when rent is made after the 3rd of each month. Annie texted the tenant "Amber we are getting ready to do a final response to your complaint. Before responding, we are willing to make a compromise and reverse 1 of the 2 late fees. We will reverse the $63.35 once you have paid the $63.35 Please advise on how you would like to move forward. Thank you -RPM" She responded "Ok, I think this will be fine. I will pay one of the late fees. I will pay the one late fee as soon as I can. Probably not til next month though." Annie responded "Sounds good Amber. Once we see it I will reverse the other one. -Annie" We consider this matter resolved and closed.
