Bad company bad experience

The realtors and broker for this company, force us have the contract listing agreement termination for 6 months, in case if you have problems with the realtor and not interested work with the realtor , the realtor ask for 1,500 dollar for you leave out from the contract agreement. That's is ridiculous, because nobody can't force you to approve showings if you not very agree 100% If you have animal, and work , the realtor ask if him can leave outside with the animal before the showings come to show the property.. The broker remove your property from listing market ok.. very nice But the broker refuse send the finale listing agreement contract termination to you sign for leave the contract... In my experience I never contact this Realty group anymore!
