Took a month old 8050 Polaris pool cleaner into rebel pool and spas to get cable untangled from roller. Went to pick machine up and the bottom of the machine was all scratch up (black coating worn off) and scratches all on front of machine. Wheels very worn and warped. Told Tracy my machine didn't look like this when I brought it in. She said it's yours I don't know what all they had to do to take it apart. I said again my machine didn't look like this. She yanked the machine out of my hand & stated they'll clean it up and marched inside the building. (They had my machine for a week. The machine looked like it had been knocked around in the back of a truck and used for multiple cleanings in pools). I went back to pick the machine up. The bottom had been lubricated to cover up the white but all the scratches were still there. The front scratches had been buffed out a little bit were still there. I told tracy I didn't think that's my machine because it still looked new when I brought it in. I had only used a few times. She hatefully said it's your machine you can check the serial number. Before I could ask another question she told me to get out of the store. She picked up the machine and set it outside, told me to get out of the store Jarred said Not to step foot back in the store. I said I'd like to talk to Jarred She said no you need to get out of the store. She held the door open, raised her voice and told me to get out. I walked out & she locked the door Resolution Sought I would like my money refunded or trade out for a new machine. The machine sent with me looked like one they had used for demos or had been using on their routine pool cleanings. Did not look like the month old machine I took in.
