I ordered a boots from this company, with made to order specifications that were made completely wrong from the specifications that I submitted, and the image on their website was nothing close to the product I received, so much that I genuinely fell victim to false advertising. I have requested to return for a refund, and was told they were made exactly as I requested, but alas they were not. I have email correspondence that I will gladly forward to assist with your investigation. Resolution Sought I simply want a my money refunded

The customer requested a customization as follows: -Ball of foot measurement : 10 & 5/8" circumference (both feet) -Brannock measuring device foot length: 12 (PLEASE ADVISE IF I NEED TO SIZE UP OR DOWN FOR AN APPROPRIATE FIT IN THESE BOOTS -Calf/lower leg measurement : 11" circumference -New Handmade Men Round Style Real Brown Tan Leather Ankle Boots (THICKEST LEATHER that looks most like this item from your site) -Double thick midsole, with stitch down area wide enough to accommodate double row stitching (PLEASE USE DOUBLE ROW STITCHING FOR THE STITCH DOWN PORTION OF THESE BOOTS) -V100 honey lug sole -HNW (heritage northwest last) -Antique Brass roller buckles PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING MY REQUESTS BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS ORDER FOR PRODUCTION We would like to provide clarification regarding this case. The customer’s order was fully customized, and our team ensured that all specifications and measurements provided were carefully followed during production. After delivery, the customer raised concerns stating that the boots did not fit and questioned the authenticity of the soles. Upon reviewing the photos shared by the customer, our team conducted a thorough assessment and confirmed that the boots matched all agreed-upon specifications, including design, materials, and measurements submitted by the customer. Although our return policy clearly states that customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds, we made an exception in this case as a gesture of goodwill. We approved the customer to return the boots to us for a full refund. We have already communicated the return instructions to the customer and are currently awaiting the return of the product in order to proceed with the refund.
