they istalled a walk-in shower, it is completed but there are some issues-they were going to come back to put a grab bar in, but have not returned. I am calling but the phone goes to the company and they tell me they will have him call me within 24 hours, but he doesn't call. Then I get a call from a woman stating I have not made my payment, but my next payment is not due until 6/19/25. I got a call stating there was a hold on my payments, which I did put a hold and told them I would not pay until the job is complete. She stated they could not complete without payment. So, I paid, but now they are not replying again. The owner, Jose, said he would come put the grab bar in and a sliding door, but he won't return my calls. They stated it would take one day, but it took 3 days to complete and another 2 days before I could use the shower. They didn't pull permits, stated they were not licensed. Resolution Sought complete the job
