They did not give me my money back. They kept my deposit!!! this company is wrong!! they took advatange of a 86 yr old widow

I contacted this company to redo my bathroom and they were going to charge me $11,000 to just redo the tub, within 3 days I changed my mind because a brother from the Jehova Witness helped me instead. I told the company in time to cancel and they had told me, they already had ordered the material and I was stuck with the bill!!! I paid a deposit of $956 and they kept my money!! they are a scam!! they never even sent my contract like they said they would so I could cancel. Don't HIRE THIS COMPANY, THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A ELDERY WOMAN THAT JUST LOST HER HUSBAND!!! ALL i WANTED IS TO GET MY MONEY BACK! THEY DESERVE NO STAR AT ALL

Extremely poor customer service and product

We hired reborn to begin our job in May and as of today, July 21, we are still waiting for them to complete our job. Their customer service is extremely poor, and when a problem arises with your job, there is no one to call for help. The job itself itself is a study in poor quality, we have drawers and cabinets that don't open because of bumping into other cabinets. We appealed this design flaw and, heard from no one, again. This company is one of the worst companies we have ever worked with. Hire anyone else. Avoid the headaches and loss of money by hiring Reborn..
