Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This is a collections agency and I have been harassed, through email, by 1 of their employees. 1st off, I never used the electric company their claiming, Brilliant. I can forward you all the emails that Derek Vidor and I have exchanged. He threatened to sue me for this collection. I started off by asking him to send any documents they have with my signature and/or personal info. He replied with just a bill sent to his company from Brilliant with my name on it. Nothing with a signature, nor my SSN. I know I still need to contact Brilliant to see if they can provide any contract with my signature/info. Anyway, I thought that it was illegal for collection agencies to harass customers. I've been ignoring the last 2 or 3 emails from him. So, I will not talk with him, nor anyone from that company (since this is how they train their employees or he went rogue). Resolution Sought Stop harassing "customers." Shut down if this is how they do business. Give them zero stars, not one. It would be better to contact me through email. Since, I don't answer unknown numbers AND I have scam shield on my phone. Thank you for your time.
