Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I received credit wise reports stating I failed to pay debt. I have not received any statements from them. They said I paid in mar 2021. Also stated I pd iu health rest of a balance. But any other balances were not sent or contacted. Iu health i called and paid what they said I owe. But apparently those balances unpaid are still with rmp llc which I have not received any statement. Resolution Sought Remove bad credit from all records. New statement of all outstanding debts with information of it.
