Reche Canyon Rehabilitation Center complaints

Since my mom have arrived too Reche Canyon Rehabilitation Center in Colton Ca on 09/03/20 22, there have been issues after issues after issues pertaining to my mom. My mom has been mistreated, handled roughly, and items stolen from her. When she first arrived, no inventory was done on with she came with from being transferred from Riverside Community Hospital on 09/03.2022 up until just recently on 11/19/2022 which is when during my visit with her I noticed a few things of hers were missing again. Some clothing, little knick knacks, and recently a pack of wipes I brought for her on Thanksgiving Day due to having skin tears on both buttocks from being wiped too hard during her changes. My mom developed blisters on her left hand which is from having an IV put in which is the side she had a stroke on which caused Big blisters between her thumb and pointing finger, on top of her middle finger and ring finger which I was not informed about until my mom told me on the phone when I spoke to her on 11/14/2022. I felt this was being kept from me and after seeing it in person on 11/19/2022 I asked everyone around why was I not informed when it first occurred and come to find out it was not even logged in her chart but yet, I was told the assigned doctor for my mom knows about it. Most of the times when I come to visit the room is filthy with trash, spills on the floor, I'm noticing bruises and abrasions on my mom as well. I hope this issue is soon handled! This is not okay!!! Resolution Sought I want for my mom belongings to stop being taken, stolen, come up missing and her to stop being mistreated and handled like a human being like she is and help her with her recovery from her stroke so she can gain independence again and return home. This is for all the patients going through this mistreatment. The staff need to display what they were taught when going into this field, compassion, respect, and care as well as patience.
