I was find $100 on my national grid bill because RECONN utility company does not have access to inspect the meter. I was o way for couple of months I get back and see a $100 fine on my bill and, a note on my door said we try to reach you so I call the number make my appointment they gave me one Month later and I ask to remove the fine they said can do it. This is absurd how do you want me to give you access when I am not home they did not want to hear it national grid said call reconn utility company that's the gas meter Inspection company I did no answer let messages wrote them emails nothing please advise Thanks Resolution Sought Get me off Collections remove fee from my account immediately.

Here is the information we have on this customers account: DPS Letter sent: July 6, 2021 Door Hanger left: June 8, 2021 Certified Letter sent: July 16, 2021 FIne Date: August 11, 2021 Another Door Hanger left: August 24, 2021 Voicemail received from customer on: August 25, 2021 Appointment scheduled with CSR on September 7, 2021 for October 29, 2021 Inspection completion date: October 29, 2021 The customer has also filed a dispute for the $100 fine and a National Grid representative will review and contact the customer at their earliest convenience.
