Unsolicited Scam Letter

They sent a form for me to fill out for Medicare insurance, talking about how I'll be 65 soon, blah blah blah. I'm in my 30s, lol. Oh, and the envelope was marked "time sensitive" and that this was the second notice, when it wasn't, but they have to make it feel urgent. Completely unsolicited. It's a mass marketing scheme to get people to fill out the form, and they bombard you with calls, trying sell you Medicare insurance, and I would dare say sell your information to shady people (just a guess.) Once sold to said "shady people", you will start receiving phishing calls, where people slowly but surely, pick up small details about you through a line of questioning. Then they'll have someone else call, offering you a better deal to get you to listen, and then start asking other questions, slowly building a profile on you. Throw the form away and forget about.

Be Careful, I have been getting this SCAM in the mail for the past 2 years from Records Divisions " DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM WITH NONE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION" This is BOGUS Rip it up and throw this JUNK In the Trash It's ALL A SCAM.!
