I'm complaining on regards to this unprofessional office. They claim to be a mental health evaluation and drug evaluation and many other mental health services as is played on the website I will sit there for my probation officer as he requested that I go there I was also told to drug test even though it is a psychologist office and I was not required to take a drug test she watched me pee and it was very inappropriate and I felt violated. I don't understand why she had to stand there and watch me as it is a psychologist office to help you with your mental health I was sent there for an evaluation and all of the information that they wrote down was incorrect the sentences contradict theirselves she is not even a licensed professional whenever I went I do not know if her status now. Also they did not follow up with me they never gave me a phone call I asked for the records had to call multiple times. It took them many times to get a hold of me and also they faked a drug test time frame and date and also drug tested me for everything on the planet even my prescription drugs they put that I was not prescribed so I'm asking that this be investigated and I get some justice in this as they put negative things on my report that I did not say and that are very inappropriate. Also they put positive on drugs that I have never even taken or seen they put positive on every single drug that there is that was over 80 drugs that they had on them I would be dead Resolution Sought I would like for this place to be investigated also their licenses to be checked because they sent this to my probation officer in a faulty manner and also did not get my approval to do so they also forged a check mark on one of my forms and I want to further press charges against them. They make up things and they work together with the probation officers as that is not allowed as this is a private facility they know my probation officer personally and they do favoritism and let him do whatever
