I ordered with this online business in May 2020. It was order #6274. I contacted the business several times over almost a year, and never received my order. I recieved a shipping email, but the tracking said only the label was created but had not arrived at USPS. After reaching out multiple times, I was told I would have to dispute this with USPS. I filed a claim through USPS, where the package could not be located because it was never in the system that it had been received. I still tried to get a refund from the business and was denied. To this day, I have yet to receive a package. Resolution Sought Give me a refund
