I bought a hooded jacket from this company. They never sent the item. I contacted usps and they created a label and no one ever came to drop off my package. I have contacted this company over and over again. I have went on there social media sites and it seems as though this is a common practice for them. Accepting money without shipping the product is fraud. Resolution Sought I want my item refunded or I want it reshipped.
