So I was in an accident on August 11th totaled my vehicle, called them to let them know a few days later. I have gap coverage, and my insurance most of the remaining balance. I calculate it myself and I would've only owe about $700 left. I never was told that I had to pay a deductible or anything. I had someone call my phone about two weeks after I told them about the accident and they told me everything was good. Don't worry they took me off auto payment I didn't have to worry about anything. Fast forward September 27. They text me saying all you need to pay your $500 deductible If you don't pay your deductible then the gap insurance won't and they're just gonna write off to be I told to call me anymore or to text me because I have a gap insurance and my insurance paid it off. I shouldn't have to owe anything else. Mia text me that. Fast forward and yesterday I called down there to try to get it cleared up and I was saying you know they never told me about a deductible until two weeks ago. Why did they wait till late if it was going to have a I don't know his name super freaking rude, talking over me defensive rude. He was just so rude with his words towards me and he's like well I'm here they told you multiple times that you had to pay deductible. I said tell me the day of the day told that they said it he kept referring to September 27. I said that was the first time they told me I had to pay deductible. Resolution Sought I should have to deal with rude people who has all my information and are in a position who could ruin my credit with a false or fraudulent report, I just want to clear up this loan to be done with them. I have more to say but it only allows 1,500 words. They are a bad company Read their reviews on google you will see!!
