I really hope he doesn't do this to all his customers! Never will I refer anyone to that place. Just unprofessional!
Brought in a cell phone to have screen replaced, we were told part would be ordered and ready in a few days. After about a week, we were told another part was needed and he ordered that and would be ready same day part arrived. I called the day part was supposed to arrive and it didn't so we had to wait again. I called again and he needed pass code to check functions. I did call him out on being told one thing after another and he then said he wasn't going to fix the phone at all because of trust issues. I was just stating facts as to what our messages had said as I had all of them. So it had been 2 weeks and at one point I was told phone looks good, he told me to pick it up and he would put the old cracked screen back on. I did go pick it up and had to find someone else to fix it and come to find out, when he put old screen back on he had used a different screw and wedged it in which caused more damage to the phone and was a $500 fix now. When we picked up the phone we were not charged but he was very unprofessional and should have been honest about things from the beginning. Someone confronting him about a phone being ready one day and then still tore apart the next and then just deciding he doesn't want to fix it is just bad business. That phone is my husbands work and it was over 2 weeks without it and then at the end still wasn't fixed was upsetting. I really hope he doesn't do this to all his customers! Never will I refer anyone to that place. Just unprofessional!
