I purchased 3 items on the Company's website. They inquired my birthday and I told them the date. Red Rose Naturals Company honored me $5 discount code. I went the website and purchased 2 Tumeric cleansers and one African soap. I received an emailed message stating that my box was delivered on 09/10/2022. I went outside, walked through the park by my building and discovered my box was in the park opened. The items were stolen and the that was in the box was the order slip. I immediately emailed Red Rose Naturals Company on 09/12/2022, about my stolen box. RedRose Naturals emailed me on 09/13/2022 about filing a police report. I informed the Company that I didn't file a police report. I then forwarded the images to Red Rose Naturals. Red Rose Naturals Company never offered me replacements for the items stolen nor refunded my money back to my credit card. Red Rose Naturals ignored my issue., which isn't good . I used my credit card to purchase the items on Red Rose Naturals Company's website. Resolution Sought I am seeking a refund back to my charge card.

September 2022, We offered you a discount code as a gesture of goodwill to alleviate the inconvenience you've experienced upon learning of the situation. You accepted the offer but continued to misunderstand the company’s policy and processes. However do the continuous misunderstanding and unresolvable differences, we explained that your January 2023 order was cancelled. Please note that our company does not handle theft cases that occur at parks or inside homes. We have responded to your inquiries and provided guidance on how to proceed multiple times.
