Yesterday morning I purchased a watch from the red white and blue thrift store where I frequently shop for $100.70 it was to be a gift when I went to have it checked at the nearest pawn shop the specialist notified me it was a counterfeit and recommended me to take it back in get your money back. At 12:15 pm I arrived back at red white and blue thrift. Where I spoke to an employee that told me there is no return or exchange which is a understandable request on real items but it should be over looked when your selling an item over 100.00 and it's a fake. she said the manager wasn't present but will be back at 1:30 after lunch. I waited until 1:45 only to have another employee come tell me the manager was on the phone telling me they don't have anything to do with the watch being fake that's not there problem there policy is no returns or refunds its nothing they can do. then the employee just walks away from me. Resolution Sought I'm trying hard not to push for legal action it was a embarrassing and time consuming situation. All I'm asking for is my money back. If it was done to me I'm sure there are others. I hate for the place to be put under a magnifying glass for the sale of counterfeit merchandise. Thank you

I've received a refund after a hour wait was never greeted or apologized to by the manager herself don't understand what type of business is being ran will not be accommodating the store in the future. I guess they just don't care to loose customers
