This website advertised a box set of books, which I purchased on 12/3/2024 (order number AB-46604). I did not receive the books or an email with shipping info so I did research and found other complaints that this site is selling digital copies of books (not stated on the page marketing the box set of books). So I went back to my order confirmation and found a "download " button. However, when clicked, it states this download is not available. Soni paid $24.99 and received nothing in return. Resolution Sought Refund my money. Id like th $24.99 I paid for goods that we're not received.
