Red Box keeps charging my cards for movies I have not gotten. I have requested them to stop charging and reimburse what they took. And tried to contact via phone and email and no response back. They just keep taking money. I even removed my cards and they still charge them. Resolution Sought Reimbursement of money took without authorization and neglect. And this might be to more than myself. To anyone else they have done this too.

I rented 2 movies from redbox on July 23, 2023. It's was rent get one free deal. We'll I got them both and they are trying to charge me for 2 dvd rentals and an extra night. Well I rented a movie call anibo and what was supposed to be super Mario Brothers and instead of super Mario Brothers it was a looney toons movie. I am highly aggravated and irrited about this so they charge me for an extra night when the movie was not the right one. I need help to get my money back from the wrong movie as they charges me 3.99 when the movie was supposed to be 2.53 and they are trying to take off more. The woman I talked to is Selena and the verification code 4771637275. Thank you for your time take care and stay safe. Resolution Sought Refund my money and to be better customer oriented.
