On 7/08/23 I hit a deer with my 2012 Chevrolet Impala so I called 911 for assistance they sent officer JHale upon his arrival came Redeemed wrecker without my permission they towed my car to their property did not ask me nothing so when I got in contact with Hodges paint and body shop I requested for them to go and get my car therefore Redeemed is trying to charge me$1200+ dollars for what I don't know my insurance company told me if I had someone of choice that I want to get my car they would reimburse their money for payment to redeemed which I feel like they are over charging me for towing and storing my car.I feel like they are trying to over charge my insurance and there fore they need to be removed from towing other people vehicle it's been 3 days now and they still want release my car I've even had to call the sheriff but no results Resolution Sought Release my car to Hodges paint and body shop
