Company Response

May 10, 2024 ?????????By: Upload Consumer Business Alliance RE: Complaint 2013 Chevy Avalanche To whom it may concern: ?In response to the above captioned complaint, I can say that REDLINE PREOWNED followed West Virginia law and the customer is not entitled to the relief he is seeking. The vehicle at issue was sold to Mr. Hutton on March 1, 2024. At the time of the sale the vehicle had over 170,000 miles on it and had passed a full West Virginia vehicle inspection and was road ready and safe. The vehicle was more than 11 years old and had the type of wear and tear that is consistent with an 11-year-old vehicle. ?The consumer had the vehicle in his possession for over 2 months before any problems were reported. There is no way to know what he did was done to that vehicle in those two months. As with any used vehicle, with high milage, transmission problems sometimes arise. When we sold the vehicle, we were not aware of any transmission issue and thought the vehicle was in good working order. We still do not have any documentation that the transmission is an issue. ?In conclusion we followed all relevant laws when selling this vehicle, the make, type and mileage of the vehicle are all the sort of thing a buyer should consider when purchasing vehicle. If you require any other information, please do not hesitate to ask. ????????Thank you, ?????????/S/ ????????Redline Preowned
