Customer Complaint

On July 6, 2022 Redline Plumbing installed a new water heater in a temporary installation position on my garage floor. They were to move the water heater to the permanent position after repairs were made to the pedestal on which it normally sits. The invoice I was given shows a charge for $1400 for the new heater plus installation plus an additional $450 for the installation in a temporary position. A total of $1850. Redline Plumbing knowingly let a different Plumbing company, Water Wise Plumbing, install my water heater in the permanent position incurring a second installation charge. After discussing this with my insurance company they suggested that I get a refund for my installation charge from the company that charged for the installation but did not perform the installation. This seems to me to be a case of fraud. Thus this complaint. Resolution Sought Refund the cost of the permanent installation.
