I called to make a payment, they said I had to make two week because I didn't send the proof of income

I called the company on Wednesday, to tell them I needed to change my biweekly payment to be changed to a weekly. They needed proof of my new employment, which I contacted my new employer, but didn't hear back, from them. I told Redrock that my son was going to make a one week payment, which I wouldn't be behind. So Friday I called to make a payment, they said I had to make two week because I didn't send the proof of income, I just started the job on Thursday, and I work in Masodonia, and I'm on days for training. So it's hard to get there in time with traffic, I gave my employer the fax number to Redrock, but they did not respond. They failed to tell me that if I didn't hand it in, that I would have to make a double payment. My son was going to make the next week payment also, so I wouldn't be behind. They wouldn't hear it. They treat good consumers like garbage. Now looking to refinance the car through another lender.
