We were told specifically by the salesman at Reece when he made his presentation that we would qualify for the energy rebate when we bought. Install finally happens. I called Duke Energy's rebate program and there are requirements for receiving the rebate. We weren't told about ANY prerequisites to receiving the rebate. I called the company and get a well it's in our paperwork answer.. We asked our salesman specifically about the rebate. It should be illegal to say you'll get a rebate just to sell the windows. I asked Duke how would anyone know. I was told that they keep the window companies well aware of what it takes to qualify. Resolution Sought Provide the rebate to us.
