I've been unable to get ahold of the owner of this business ever since we closed on the house we bought from his company. There were some things that still needed to be fixed like our sump pump and digging a drain away from our house. The owner, Josh Reed, signed a legal contract stating he would have everything fixed with 30 days of us closing on the home. We're now 47 days past closing and he hasn't fixed a single thing. He refuses to answer calls or texts and we can't get in contact with him.
