Purchased a car, a week ago, refinance, never mentioned any condition with car, never said buy as is, interaction was very good as though they were selling to millionaire just to find out I was given a very old car no air-conditioned, cracked on the windshield, door shakes when closed, old tires, I couldn't believe I have been dupe by people who you built trust in, I'm African, we built relationships and friendship because we know we don't betray confidence. Please look onto this matter and give me justice, I'm a widow and need redess for this matter. Resolution Sought I want a better car or get my money back. They didn't explain anything about the car having any problems nor did they mentioned that I'm buying as is. Upon taking the car home I discovered no air-conditioned, came back the next day the one of the manager laughed to my face as though I just discovered a conspiracy and said, we will not take it back as long you drove out of this place, I've been coming back and forth for redess to no avail, ask to see top management none

Have had car for a few months now, on time payments. When they THREATEN myself and my son with they needed another $1000 because the old title to trade in has not come through. Mind you they said they had at junk yard. I asked for everything in writing which was never sent! And now threatening text saying they took registration off car and we will be driving illegal and they will go after license. Again. nothing in writing. They have the trade in. I spoke with cooperate and they are ashamed at how unethical they are being. Spoke with the salesman that once worked for them and he also agrees they are doing us wrong. This car is a $22,000 car, they making an issue over $1000, which makes no sense since the son has been driving and paying on-time payments. Not too even mention how this man Eric just got off the phone with me yelling at me. I will never buy a Nissan again. Period! Resolution Sought I would like things in writing, they have car, they can easily file lost title since we are having an issue with fitting "their" time line. And the threats, unforgivable.
