Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. First complaint - I had to contact them at least 3 times on different platforms before I was ever given a response as to the status of my reimbursement, and it took at least 4 months before getting an response. Second and more important complaint: the agreed upon service fee that was signed was for 35 and when I received my check, RAC took 68. I have contacted them but figured given the previous process of getting a response regarding status, I'm in for another 4+ months before I hear back. Resolution Sought I would like to receive my full agreed upon reimbursement amount less the 35 agreed upon fee.

I just received a letter saying Refund Advisory Corp is billing me $1,070.93 an expect me to pay by 9/05/23. It doesn't tell me any details of why I'm being billed on such short notice, nor any other contact was mad to me about any of this. Resolution Sought I do not want to pay any bill without reason.
