I just received a letter saying Refund Advisory Corp is billing me $1,070.93 an expect me to pay by 9/05/23. It doesn't tell me any details of why I'm being billed on such short notice, nor any other contact was mad to me about any of this. Resolution Sought I do not want to pay any bill without reason.

According to the representative the county owns me $1,617.66 in over paid property taxes. RAC could recover this amount for me at a cost of 50 of the amount owed. I checked with the county tax off and there was no over charge on my house. Resolution Sought Check on the validity of this company.
